The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has dismissed an appeal from Chilean tennis player Mauricio Alvarez-Guzman against a disciplinary sanction imposed on 14 March 2019.
The CAS ruling means that the original sanction of a lifetime ban remains unchanged and in place.
